2012 Update

My last post was at the end of June, 2011. At the beginning of July, we put the house we were living in up for sale, and I sold it the next day. That's right. One day.

We had to be out two weeks later, moved to the property in our 13' travel trailer with no kitchen, bathroom, phone or internet. We took showers under a garden hose and went to the bathroom in a bucket. Gross.
THEN, about two or three months after we sold the house, we moved away to Wilburton, OK for Stephen's job, and we've only been able to go home a small number of weekends.
Since I last blogged, we:
finished the well
built a wellhouse and travel trailer cover
painted the outside of the house and wellhouse
finished the bathroom, except the window
built the entry porch
put in all of the plumbing
put wood panels on all of the exterior walls
put wood panels over the ceilings

and, on the last three trips, put wooden planking on the wall sections that will not be finished with board and batten wainscotting.
Will try to get pictures of the exterior stuff on our weekend at home.
